About
Jessica Towler is a Canadian singer-songwriter quickly making a name for herself with seven self-released singles available on all major streaming platforms. Known for her playful pop ballads infused with country flair, Towler blends genres effortlessly, creating a sound that's uniquely her own and turning heads along the way.
She began performing at just three years old, taking dance and acting lessons through local after-school programs. Her passion for music was sparked when she landed a solo in her school production of Alice in Wonderland. In 2016, Towler won a nation-wide contest held by KIA Canada after submitting a video of herself singing Elvis Presley’s Can’t Help Falling in Love, earning a brand-new car and $10,000.
Towler’s music has now been streamed over 120,000 times on Spotify, reaching listeners around the world. Her single Sunday Girl landed her a spot in the Top 10 for Indie Canadian Country music, as well as airplay on Canadian Country Radio.
Notable performances include Canada’s Largest Ribfest, In Our Party Era hosted by Cineplex, and Boots at the Shoe at the legendary Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto. Towler is also set to open the Harmonia Festival this upcoming summer.
A lifelong fan of Taylor Swift, Towler cites her as her greatest musical inspiration. Drawn to Swift’s honest lyrics and catchy melodies, Towler channels that same authenticity in her own songwriting. Most recently, she performed in a Taylor Swift tribute show to two sold-out crowds of Swifties at The Rec Room in Toronto, ON.
